I remember this track well because it was one of the last ones I made with my little Yamaha DX100 synth. In my first apartment I had so little room for my equipment that this thing would sit in the windowsill. We had a cat that liked looking out the window so he would sit on top of it, and later sleep on it because it was nice and warm when it was on. First several keys crapped out, then the rubber keys that select the sounds stopped working, and one day the display was just black and it refused any service at all. A borrowed TR-808 syncs the TR-909 which in turn sends notes from its midi track to the DX100. The cat’s name was Lucifer, and later had an EP named after him, in spite of killing the DX100. Cats have that effect on me.

I don´t wanna be your lover for the weekend!!! Hey, back in the 80ies they tried to create this kind of sound but this is actually authentic and cooler. crazysexycouple
